Position Summary:
The Builder 1 is an entry-level position responsible for performing basic assembly and building tasks for one to two types of machinery. This role requires 0–1 year of experience and involves using common hand tools under the direct guidance of a Line Supervisor, Line Lead, or Trainer. The Builder 1 must strictly follow standard work instructions and is not permitted to deviate from established processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and build machinery according to provided verbal and written work instructions.

Use common hand tools such as cordless drills, nut drivers, screwdrivers, handheld snips/cutters, wrenches, and sockets.

Follow direction from the Line Supervisor, Line Lead, or Trainer at all times.

Notify the Line Supervisor or Line Lead immediately if a task cannot be completed as instructed or if deviations from the work instructions are required.

Maintain focus and attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.

Adhere to all company safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
