Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Administrative Operations & Logistics Specialist at Seafood Imports in San Diego, CA. The position involves a blend of administrative assistance, customer service, finance, logistics coordination, and analytical tasks to support smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with sales orders and logistics/shipping scheduling
- Creating and sending customer invoices
- Performing data entry and managing Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Conducting inventory reconciliation
- Maintaining up-to-date import schedules and generating accurate reports on a regular basis
- Handling incoming/outgoing emails and general correspondence
- Providing general office, clerical, and operational support
