Responsibilities- Greet and assist residents, board members, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries efficiently
- Assist with preparations for condominium annual meetings, including notices, mailings, and administrative coordination
- Prepare, organize, and distribute correspondence and community communications
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Create and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
- Support management staff with various administrative and clerical tasks
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain an organized reception area
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous experience as a receptionist, or in a customer service role (strongly preferred)
- Experience in condominium or property management (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with annual meetings, community mailings, and resident communications (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
