Seacrest Services, Inc. is a leading provider of property management services, dedicated to delivering exceptional support to residents, board members, and communities. We are currently seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist residents, board members, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly
  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries efficiently
  • Assist with preparations for condominium annual meetings, including notices, mailings, and administrative coordination
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute correspondence and community communications
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Create and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Support management staff with various administrative and clerical tasks
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain an organized reception area
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, or in a customer service role (strongly preferred)
  • Experience in condominium or property management (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with annual meetings, community mailings, and resident communications (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
