Role: ICU RN responsible for providing comprehensive critical care in a high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities: Assess and monitor critically ill patients, operate life-support equipment, administer advanced treatments, document interventions, interpret hemodynamic data, ensure patient safety and comfort, educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare teams, adhere to infection control protocols, participate in quality improvement, and perform additional duties within scope.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires at least one year of recent ICU experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications; preferred CCRN, TNCC, NIHSS certifications. Must demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication, technical skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in English, PC skills, and sensory abilities are essential.
