- Assess patients and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with licensed RRT level therapists.
- Implement and evaluate care plans, administer prescribed medications, and provide health education to patients and families.
- Participate in efforts to improve healthcare delivery, communicate effectively with team members, and support ongoing learning.
- Complete assigned goals and perform additional duties as needed.
- Proof of completion of academic and clinical training in a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Care Program.
- Applicants should be within 12 months of graduation, awaiting certification, and holding a temporary RCP license from Mississippi to function as a Respiratory Therapist for up to 6 months.
- Strong assessment, collaboration, and communication skills are essential.
