Role: Radiologic Technologist specializing in Mammography and X-ray procedures, performing technical tasks independently to facilitate accurate diagnoses.
- Responsibilities: Conduct a variety of imaging procedures, ensure proper patient care, operate and troubleshoot PACS, HIS, and RIS systems, and adhere to infection control and confidentiality policies.
- Supervise or instruct department personnel as needed, maintain competencies, and participate in mandatory education.
- Qualifications & Skills: Current certification in radiology and mammography, excellent patient care skills, and proficiency in imaging equipment and computer systems.
- Must meet continuing education requirements and have the ability to operate CR, DR, and PACS applications effectively.
- Key Duties: Perform technical procedures with judgment and initiative, maintain compliance with hospital policies, document requested time off upfront, and work scheduled hours without requesting schedule accommodations.
