- Support pharmacy operations by managing inventory, ensuring compliance, and promoting safety and quality assurance.
- Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, model excellent customer service, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Utilize data and community insights to identify health concerns and improve service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and documentation.
- Participate in outreach activities, health events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license.
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
- Strong communication, clinical knowledge, and ability to build community relationships.
