Staff Pharmacist - Full-Time

Role Overview: A Staff Pharmacist is a patient-focused healthcare provider responsible for dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and promoting community health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care including accurate prescription processing and medication counseling.
• Administer immunizations and support health programs in compliance with regulations.
• Build strong patient relationships, advocate for patient-centered care, and adapt to diverse community needs.
• Support pharmacy operations by managing inventory, ensuring compliance, and promoting safety and quality assurance.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, model excellent customer service, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Utilize data and community insights to identify health concerns and improve service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and documentation.
• Participate in outreach activities, health events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Strong communication, clinical knowledge, and ability to build community relationships.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality patient care.
• Leadership skills to guide and support pharmacy team members.
