- Certification as Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) is a plus
- Effective communication, tactful interaction, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance payors, and coding
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
