Role: Registered Nurse providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients, offering full-time or part-time hours across various shifts.

- Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process
- Developing and revising care plans based on patient needs and physician directives
- Applying therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions tailored to diagnoses
- Responding to changes in patient condition, reporting to physicians or supervisors
- Administering medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness, and documenting outcomes
- Reviewing care plans, identifying education and discharge planning needs
- Current RN license in the practicing state
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification
- Preferably one year of RN experience
