- Developing clinical skills in wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, and patient education
- Delivering compassionate care in patients' homes to promote comfort and healing
- Current RN License in the practice state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Two years as an RN
- Experience in acute care, home health, or hospice
- Assessing patient needs, operating monitors, and handling equipment
- Mobility for patient transfers, supplies, and navigating busy environments
- Manual dexterity for equipment manipulation and documentation
- Driving responsibilities for certain roles
