We are seeking a Super Float Pool Registered Nurse responsible for providing patient care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/Director.
Key duties include: delivering therapeutic and administrative services for acutely ill patients across various units, supporting the hospital's mission, and ensuring high-quality care.
The role involves working full-time days with three 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.
Qualifications: graduation from an accredited nursing program (AND or BSN), current state licensure or active compact license, BLS certification upon hire, ACLS within two months, and TNCC and PALS within six months.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of critical care experience in ICU, ER, or PACU.
