We are seeking a Registered Nurse in the Super Float Pool to provide patient care across various units under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/Director.

- Performing therapeutic and administrative duties for acutely ill patients.
- Providing high-quality, safe care aligned with the organization’s mission.
- Flexibly working in different units as determined by the Float Pool agreement.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an ADN or BSN.
- Active RN license in applicable states or a valid compact license.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS, TNCC, and PALS within specified timeframes.
- Minimum of 5 years of critical care experience in ICU, ER, or PACU.
- Strong clinical expertise in critical care settings.
- Ability to adapt to different units and patient needs.
