Key duties include: facilitating nursing orientation for licensed and unlicensed staff, serving as a clinical resource for new graduates and transfers, documenting competencies in the LMS, scheduling orientation and skills validation, conducting skills assessments, creating training classes, participating in performance improvement initiatives, and instructing certification courses such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Qualifications: a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s Degree, active SC RN license, and instructor certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
Skills: strong collaboration, instructional expertise, clinical proficiency, and ability to facilitate learning for diverse healthcare staff.
