Calling all road warrior nurses!!!
SembraNet is looking for a Rockingham/Wadesboro area Registered Nurse to cover Rockingham, Wadesboro, Hamlet and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include: seeing clients in their homes to perform initial assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits for Rockingham/Wadesboro area Home Care agencies. In addition, you will conduct staff trainings for PCAs and CNAs.
You will be part of a wonderful team of nurses!! Our goal is to empower agencies by keeping their clients safe and healthy in their home environment to prevent hospitalization.

Specific responsibilities will include:
- Traveling throughout the local region
- Visiting clients in their homes
- Assessing client’s activities of daily living and evaluating client’s home environment
- Completing electronic reports related to client’s health status, diagnoses, medications and other pertinent factors
- No hands-on care provided to client by the Registered Nurse.
Pay: $28.00 - $50.00 per hour
