Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for pediatric and adult patients.
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, initiate and revise care plans, administer medications and treatments, respond to patient condition changes, and coordinate care including education and discharge planning.
Qualifications: Current LPN license, health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, BLS certification, with preferred one year of experience.
