Role: Part-Time Human Service Specialist supporting the Community Transition Team in Eau Claire.
Responsibilities include: administering drug and alcohol tests, providing services per client plans, participating in recovery teams, assisting with medication monitoring, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with clients and teams, attending meetings, and supporting client progress.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background and medical checks, proficient in documentation and basic computer skills. Preferred: 1 year related experience.
Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, professionalism in crisis, independence, teamwork, adaptability to community settings and technology.
Physical requirements: Frequent bending, kneeling, stair climbing, community travel, outdoor exposure.
