We are seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join a physician-owned partnership dedicated to patient-centered care with autonomy and local control.

- Managing an annual volume of approximately 12,000 patients, with an average of 20 admits per day.
- Collaborating with subspecialty backup including cardiology, infectious disease, and more, without mandatory procedures unless desired.
- Supporting community health and participating in academic settings with current residents preferred.
- Current VA state license is advantageous.
- Strong commitment to team collaboration and patient care excellence.
- Annual base salary ranges from $275,000 to $900,000, influenced by site, experience, and clinical volume.
