Healthcare Supply Chain Coordinator

Supply Chain Coordinator responsible for supporting efficient, cost-effective delivery of hospital supplies.

Key Duties Include

• Manage inventory levels and coordinate purchasing, replenishment, and order tracking for essential medical and non-medical supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors to support timely procurement and resolve fulfillment issues.
• Enter and maintain accurate supply chain data, including order records and inventory updates.
• Analyze usage trends to improve stocking decisions and reduce excess or shortages.
• Investigate and resolve supply/order discrepancies.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure supplies are available to meet patient needs.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
