- Execute routine sample preparation techniques, including extractions, tissue preparation, and purification
- Perform and document testing activities following SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Record observations, perform calculations, and prepare data for evaluation
- Identify performance errors or unusual results and escalate to senior staff
- Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and workspace according to 6S standards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred; high school diploma with equivalent experience acceptable
- At least 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment
- Proficiency with pipetting, routine calculations, and biological matrix extractions
- Experience with tissue preparation, purification, or automated instrumentation
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
