- Identify and escalate performance issues or anomalies to senior staff
- Maintain laboratory equipment, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with 6S standards
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent experience
- At least 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment
- Proficiency with pipetting, laboratory calculations, and routine procedures
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices, safety protocols, and handling hazardous chemicals
- Experience with laboratory automation or specialized equipment is desirable
