Job Summary : Job Summary: SEACORP is seeking an Inventory Management Analyst to assist in the administration of the Government Property Management program. This person will be a member of the Contracts Department and will execute a variety of inventory management and physical audit functions in a company-wide role.
Core Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, OR Associate’s Degree with 3 years of relevant professional experience preferred. Candidates with comparable level of work/military experience are encouraged to apply.

Location: Middletown, RI
Travel: Infrequently (<3 annually)
Clearance: Secret
Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.

This person will be a member of the Contracts Department and will execute a variety of inventory management and physical audit functions in a company-wide role.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and administration of SEACORP’s Property Management System.
- Learn how to operate the newest eQuip Upgraded Government Framework software and become a software program administrator.
- Learn, or develop your knowledge of, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) rules regarding Government Property for defense contractors.
- Work in tandem with Contracts, Purchasing, Accounting, and Technical teams to ensure accurate inventory records are kept and proper custodianship of assets is maintained.
- Serve as a resource for Logisticians to ensure company-wide inventory procedures are consistently applied across technical program areas.
- Provide Purchasing and Receiving assistance as needed.
- Conduct physical inventories.
