Hours: 40 hours/week
Permanent Pay Range: $24.00–$27.00/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Maintenance Technician for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with a professionally managed residential community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term maintenance position and the chance to grow with an established property management organization.
The ideal candidate will have some previous maintenance experience; however, extensive multifamily experience is not required. The hiring team is willing to train someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities may include:
- Completing general maintenance and service requests
- Assisting with apartment turns and make-ready work
- Performing basic repairs and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshooting common maintenance issues
- Supporting general property and building upkeep
- Responding to day-to-day maintenance needs as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
Someone with basic maintenance, facilities, construction, handyman, or mechanically focused experience could be a strong fit. Candidates should be reliable, comfortable working with their hands, willing to learn, and interested in developing their skills in residential property maintenance.
Pay: $26.00 per hour
