Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated ACT Team Clinical Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Portsmouth,NH. The Clinical Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, ensuring effective delivery of mental health and home care services. Responsibilities include managing clinical workflows, coordinating and supervising team members, implementing training programs, and driving quality improvement initiatives. This role is crucial in providing medical and mental health services to individuals in need, prioritizing patient care and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in Clinical Operations and management of healthcare teams
- Proficiency in Training and staff development for healthcare professionals
- Familiarity with Home Care delivery and coordination
- Knowledge of Medicine and its applications in mental health care
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- A Master’s degree in Healthcare, Social Work, or a related field (preferred) and NH licensure
