About Seacoast Fitness & Pickleball
Seacoast Fitness & Pickleball is one of the Seacoast's largest fitness and wellness facilities. Our 55,000 square foot club features a full commercial fitness center, dedicated personal training studio, indoor pickleball courts, tennis courts, racquetball courts, group fitness studios, and functional training space.

We're looking for a Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping people achieve real results while building lasting relationships with members.
Whether you're an experienced trainer or recently certified and eager to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations
- Design individualized training programs based on each client's goals and abilities
- Deliver engaging one-on-one and small group personal training sessions
- Coach proper exercise technique and injury prevention
- Track client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Educate clients on fitness, recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Build strong relationships that improve client accountability and retention
- Maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to deliver an outstanding member experience
- Help promote personal training services throughout the club
- Lead specialty programs or small group training opportunities as available
Qualifications
Required
- Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Passion for helping others improve their health and fitness
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
Preferred
- Previous personal training experience preferred but not required
- Newly certified trainers are encouraged to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is a plus
- Experience with small group training
- Corrective Exercise, Strength & Conditioning, Sports Performance, Mobility, Senior Fitness, or Nutrition Coaching certifications are a plus
