Duties
- Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in procedures using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to support accurate patient assessments.
- Prepare patients for examinations by documenting medical history, updating records, and explaining procedures clearly.
- Support medical documentation efforts.
- Manage medical records efficiently, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and maintaining inventory of medical supplies.
- Work well as a team player.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task; interest in all aspects of patient care from check in to check out.
- Medical background preferred but not required.
- Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to patients.
- Ability to work effectively with attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
