What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Teacher/Teaching Assistant position at Seacoast Charter School?
Seacoast Charter School is seeking an energetic, collaborative educator to join our unique K–8 learning community in a dual role as a half-time Fitness Teacher and half-time Teaching Assistant. In the Fitness Teacher role, the candidate will provide an outdoor physical education program for students in grades K–8 focused on wellness, physical literacy, teamwork, and fostering a lifelong love of movement.
As a Teaching Assistant, the candidate will support students and teachers across the school community and play an active role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, values collaboration, and is excited to be part of a small, dynamic school community. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience working with children
Passion for working in a creative, student-centered environment
Ability to collaborate with colleagues across the school
Flexible, positive, and team-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications:
NH Teaching Certification
Teaching or paraprofessional experience
Interest in arts integration, outdoor education, and progressive education
Innovative and flexible approach to teaching and learning
