Inside Sales Support Associate
We are currently looking for a self-motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Support Associate. Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated multi-tasker that can excel in a fast paced, solution driven team environment. As a valued member of our team, you will assist the outside sales team and quotations department in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description: Entry level, Full-Time Inside Sales Support Associate working with the Outside Sales team to help facilitate the sales process. Provide accurate, detailed submittal packages that meet company standards. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, dedication to maintaining organization standards, the ability to work independently within a team environment, and the desire to learn the lighting & lighting controls industry.
Job Duties:
- Create submittal packages of technical sheets for proposed products
- Data entry of accurate and detailed Bill of Materials in Oasis
- Stay up-to-date on knowledge of product offering & fixture specifications
- Assist sales and quotations with finding information on products
- Creating job files for new projects with accurate project documentation
- Updates and maintains current job files projects
- Take notes of verbal communication at weekly sales and quotations meetings
- Updating and maintaining company Bid/Chasing List
Secondary Job Duties
- Training new inside sales & technical support team members
- Assist Outside Sales team
Job Qualifications:
- Time-management and ability to prioritize work loads to meet moving deadlines
- Basic PC Computer and internet research Skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
- Proficient working with shared computer networks
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and ability to create text fields and stamps on PDF files, Bluebeam experience a plus.
