Architect – 0–3 Years Experience

SEA Studio | Bethany Beach, Delaware

Full-Time | In-Person

SEA Studio is seeking a talented Architect with 0–3 years of experience to join our Bethany Beach, Delaware office.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in Architecture and Design—someone who likes to draw, think through problems, explore ideas, and work collaboratively with other architects, designers, and consultants.

This is an opportunity to join a small, design-focused practice where you will be involved in projects from early design through documentation and construction. We value people who are curious, creative, engaged, and willing to take ownership of their work.

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• 0–3 years of professional experience
• Strong interest in architectural design and problem-solving
• Ability and desire to draw, sketch, and develop design ideas
• Collaborative approach to working with architects, designers, consultants, and clients
• Working knowledge of Revit
• Familiarity with graphic and presentation software, including Adobe Photoshop
• Strong visual communication and graphic skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Desire to learn and grow within a small architecture practice

This is an in-person position in our Bethany Beach, Delaware office. Candidates should currently live in the area or have a genuine plan to relocate to the Delaware coast.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of residential, multifamily, hospitality, and commercial projects while working closely with the firm's principals and design team.

We are particularly interested in candidates who want to be active participants in the design process, not simply production staff. If you enjoy putting pencil to paper, working through difficult design problems, and collaborating with others to make good architecture, we'd like to hear from you.
