Join our well-established Architectural firm. We pride ourselves on our expertise in the technical aspects of Architecture and have vast experience in rehabilitation, renovations, additions, alterations, repairs and new construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, energetic and motivated individual interested in a career in Architecture. We are looking for a team player that is deadline driven. Must have experience with AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
- Ability to prepare AutoCAD schematic, design development, final construction drawings and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with consultants and project team members
- Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and project documentation.
- Ability to conduct job site visits for measurements, photographs and verification of existing conditions
- Ability to conduct job site visits related to construction and prepare site visit reports in a timely manner
- Ability to review shop drawings for consistency of work prepared
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the United States with proficiency in the English language
- Some of our projects are conducted within secure facilities, therefore must be willing to submit and pass background checks.
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Self-starter able to manage a project from start to finish
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with Office Programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
