Sea Palms is seeking a skilled Server and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth execution of events.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hotel or related field and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will be required to lift up to 30 pounds and be comfortable on your feet for several hours at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up tables and banquet hall before events
- Assist with food preparation before and during events
- Serve appetizers and plated dinners to guests
- Distribute food from the kitchen to the banquet hall in a timely manner
- Serve and refill beverages
- Assist with post-event clean up, inventory, food storage, and tear down
