We are hiring for a part-time Front Office Assistant! If you are positive, friendly, and detail-oriented, please apply today! This position might be a good fit for you if you have experience with any of the following: front desk, scheduling, accounting, administration, medical records, front office, or secretary.
$19.00 - $27.00 per hour
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Morning (8:15am - 2:15pm) and afternoon (2:15pm - 8:15pm) shifts available Monday - Saturday. Please state your availability.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
- Greet customers upon arrival
- Answer multi-line phone and return messages
- Provide information to prospective customers about our lessons, pricing, etc.
- Register swimmers for lessons
- Manage daily scheduling of instructors
- Collect payments via cash, check, and credit card transactions
- Copy, file, fax, and email
- Control inventory
- Light cleaning duties
- Other duties as required
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word (required)
- CPR and First Aid certification (required, must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
