General Maintenance Worker ( 3 years Exp Req)

Full Time, Year Round maintenance position at 90 unit timeshare condo complex. No winter layoffs! Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, grounds keeping, swimming pool operation, and general repair work are preferred. State Certification as a Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus. Must be available for weekends, holidays and some evenings till 8 or 9 pm. Job requires frequent heavy lifting, climbing ladders and stairs, use of power equipment and tools, working with pool chemicals, frequent outside work in all weather conditions, bending, standing for extended periods of time, frequent guest and owner contact, and working in a team environment. Valid Mass Drivers License required for operation of resort vehicles. Health benefits, Paid Holidays and Vacation available. Prior experience in relate trades or a hospitality setting are required. Must have proper documentation to legally work in the US.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units.
- Conduct general repairs and troubleshoot issues related to facilities maintenance.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to address maintenance needs and ensure smooth operations.
- Execute construction painting projects and maintain the overall appearance of the property.
- Adhere to safety protocols, policies and regulations.
- Utilize electrical experience to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Possess a valid driver's license to transport materials and equipment as needed.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
