SEA, Ltd. is a nationally recognized forensic engineering firm, seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing Denver office (newly built facility in Littleton)! This is a full time, in-office opportunity (in our state of the art facility) with an exceptional team, supporting several technical experts/engineers. Curious, proactive candidates with exemplary computer skills are encouraged to apply!Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:Provides administrative project support for various engineers by scheduling and tracking incoming and ongoing projectsResponsible for document proofreading and letter compositionMaintains and coordinates engineers' schedules of site inspections, depositions and changes to trial schedules Uploads images to electronic filesConsistently and professionally engages in verbal and written client communicationsMaintains office files and databasesAbility to learn and adapt to new software and technologySpreadsheet creation, data entry and manipulationManages meeting and lab exam schedulingProvides back up support for performing conflict checksActs as back up receptionist and use of Envoy guest-tracking system, if neededHandles conference room and meeting space set up and teardownCoordinates refreshments and meals for in-office meetings and eventsActs as brand ambassador for S-E-A both internally and externally Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback into job performanceManages incoming and outgoing packagesAbility to accept and integrate constructive feedback into job performanceRegular and predictable presence at work Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred but commensurate experience is consideredParalegal or Legal Assistant experience preferredHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel; PowerPoint) and OutlookA minimum of seven (7) years of professional office experience Excellent writing skills and proofreading skillsStrong attention to detailTeam-orientedMust have strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, time management and multi-tasking skillsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 20 lbs.Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clientsAbility to effectively manage multiple tasks and varying deadlinesAbility to answer phonesAbility to accept and integrate constructive feedback into job performanceAbility to maneuver around the officeAbility to file foldersAbility to use a computer/keyboardBenefits:Two medical plan options Dental & vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid vacation, sick days and holidaysCompany-paid STD, LTD and life insuranceS-E-A places a strong value and priority on diversity, equity and inclusion across the company and is a dedicated equal opportunity employer, evaluating all qualified applications without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected status.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
