We are now hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse Manager at Sea Grove Recovery

Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recovery will provide substance use treatment for adults, as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. The 41-bed facility is in a serene, wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment. Sea Grove offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that takes place for most of the day throughout the week with PHP lodging available. The program allows for those in our care to receive treatments and therapies throughout the day in an environment conducive to healing and a treatment plan built around their individual needs. In addition to the substance use program, Sea Grove Recovery is equipped to provide treatment to those with a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health disorder.

The Registered Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring the coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with established standards of care, mental health practices, and hospital policies, goals, and objectives. This position contributes to the hospital’s philosophy and objectives, as well as its educational and performance improvement efforts, while supervising House Supervisors, RNs, and MHTs. The Nurse Manager will monitor staffing needs during assigned shifts and assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in evaluating, reviewing, designing, and implementing training events required for all RN and MHT staff. Additionally, the Nurse Manager provides patient nursing assessments on an as-needed basis and participates in Treatment Team meetings as necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of substance use treatment experience preferred. Active RN license in state of SC.
