POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator who will be the main contact and guide for potential patients seeking orthodontic treatment. The Treatment Coordinator is an essential part of our orthodontic practice: combining clinical knowledge and sales expertise to deliver a clear and personalized consultation. We are looking for an empathetic, professional, and outgoing individual who can help build trust with potential patients–all within a limited appointment time.

This role is for someone who is eager to learn and grow alongside an early stage orthodontic practice. It requires resilience, coachability, and a deep belief in the value of orthodontic care. Ongoing coaching, communication training, and sales development are core expectations. The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing our mission to create a thriving community through the transformative power of orthodontics.

  • Verify insurance benefits and present fees and financing options
  • Take and upload initial records (x-rays, 3D scans, photos)
  • Document exams and send post-exam correspondence
