North Coast Orthodontics is looking for a highly motivated individual to add to our already fantastic team! We are located just a few minutes from the beach in Capitola. A Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator is instrumental in guiding prospective patients through their orthodontic treatment process and presents financial options. In addition, the Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the Receptionist.
Specific duties include answering multi-line phones; scheduling appointments; verifying insurance benefits; assisting the doctor during the new patient consult; presenting fees and payment options; executing financial contracts; analyzing reports.
Qualified candidates are enthusiastic, outgoing, detail oriented and organized, and have advanced verbal skills. They are also dedicated to our mission of excellent patient care.
Additional qualifications:
Experience in sales strongly desired
Experience in a dental office a plus
Must type a minimum of 45 wpm with minimal errors
