Weld helper- Cut & Bend

Sea Fox Boat Company is an industry leading, saltwater fishing boat manufacturer who is looking for a metal fabrication/welder's helper that can assist in our Metal department. You will mainly be doing cutting and bending of metal pieces.

In order to qualify for this job, the applicant must be able to perform the following:

• Read a tape measure
• Use of hand tools including grinders, saws, drills, and screw guns
• Full Time work load Monday-Friday (including some Saturdays)
• Pass a drug and background test
  
  

Key Responsibilities and Physical Requirements:

• Helping the welder
• Keep up with a fast paced manufacturing line to ensure that our assemblers receive their parts in a timely manner
• Work in a safe and professional manner and able to get along with others
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations and housekeeping guidelines
• General housekeeping, maintenance and organization
• Performs related duties as required
• May be required to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Engaging in bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling
• Work in a covered warehouse environment to include varying temperature conditions
  
  

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• A great attitude and willingness to be a part of a great team
