  • Support production and service operations across CSTAR, UBAT, and CROVER product lines.
  • Follow detailed technical documentation including drawings, schematics, bills of material, and internal procedures to ensure accurate builds.
  • Complete pre-assembly and final quality inspections to ensure components and finished assemblies meet standards.
  • Accurately document service activities, repair findings, and identified issues according to standard protocols.
  • Identify and escalate part shortages, quality concerns, and process issues to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow inefficiencies and supporting cross-training and peer training efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of related experience with demonstrated advanced mechanical aptitude and strong soldering skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and effectively use test equipment such as power supplies, digital multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Oracle or ServiceMax preferred, and ability to learn scientific or plotting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, effective communication and collaboration skills, good time management, willingness to cross train across product lines, and a proven record of reliability and punctuality.

Education:

Associate degree in Electronics, vocational/technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience in a manufacturing or service environment.

Language Skills:
