This is what your day may look like:
- Must be able to do all of the job duties of a Router 1
- Route late add ons and express order timely
- E-mail warehouse for late add ons
- Know all areas of delivery
- Build express routes as needed, map routes I appropriate order
- Handle overloads, and move orders for special delivery circumstances
- Handle large rescheduled orders and make any appropriate moves, or reach out to manager for guidance
What we require:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office Suite experience, moderate Excel skills
- Ability to use mapping software
- Detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent Organization and communication skills
- Traffic background and/or bookkeeping skills are a plus
