- be able to use Outlook, Adobe, Word and be willing to learn other software programs.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- greeting clients;
- answer multi-line phones, transfer calls to appropriate staff, take accurate messages;
- prepare conference room for meetings;
- open new files;
- data entry;
-perform other duties as required-scanning documents.
