Top company is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a high-performing Accounting & Finance team. You'll play a hands-on role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycle — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting across the region. The role offers strong visibility and cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, tax, payroll, and operations teams.

Responsibilities:
- Own and support end-to-end close processes including preparation and review of consolidated financial statements under U.S. GAAP
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and close deliverables
- Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and surface insights for senior management
- Help maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes for improved reporting
- Support external audit preparation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Partner with regional finance teams to promote consistency in reporting and adherence to consolidation timelines
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on the close and reporting process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience; public accounting background is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking
- CPA or active progress toward certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across regions and departments
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
