Alzheimer's San DiegoBilingual Office Assistant (Part Time)
Status: Part-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
- Monday thru Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
As the first point of contact, you help create a welcoming and supportive experience for families and individuals navigating Alzheimer's and related dementias. Your organization, compassion, and bilingual skills ensure people get the help they need—when they need it most.
What You'll Do- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls with professionalism and care
- Direct inquiries and support communication across the organization
- Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies
- Enter and maintain accurate data across systems
- Provide general office and facilities support
- Help keep daily operations running smoothly
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 2 years of administrative or office experience (nonprofit preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office tools
- Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Part-time schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends
- Standard office setting with a collaborative team
- Reliable transportation required
