Associate Dentist – SDDS Dental

DENTIST POSITION IS IN BAKERSFIELD - 1.5 HOURS NORTH OF LOS ANGELES

SDDS Dental is seeking a well-rounded, motivated Associate Dentist to join our established private practice. We’re looking for someone confident in most phases of clinical dentistry — from restorative to endo to simple oral surgery — and ready to deliver high-quality care across a range of patient needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Bread and Butter Dentistry: fillings, crowns, bridges, hygiene, extractions, endo (anterior/premolar), crowns, dentures, and implant restorations
• Experience with implant placement, and other cosmetic procedures preferred but not required
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative support staff
• Provide care in a calm, patient-first environment

What We’re Looking For

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active California dental license in good standing
• Proficiency in most general dentistry procedures
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• 2 years of experience
