What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Decor Stylist position at Sculpted Air?
Sculpted Air is a luxury balloon styling studio creating elevated, design-forward décor for celebrations big and small. We believe balloons can be thoughtful, intentional, and beautifully executed — and we’re building a team that feels the same way.
This is a hands-on, creative contractor role supporting balloon production and on-site installations across Houston. Work will include studio prep, balloon builds, event installations, and occasional breakdowns.
Important to know: Sculpted Air is currently a home-based studio, located in Katy,TX. Some prep days and pickups will take place from a private residential workspace. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in this type of environment and understands that many creative, growing businesses operate this way.
Hours vary week to week depending on event volume and seasonality, making this role a great fit for someone who enjoys flexible, event-based work alongside other commitments.
You’ll work closely with the lead stylist to execute thoughtful, design-forward balloon installations while maintaining the elevated standards Sculpted Air is known for.
