We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and help our clients on their fitness journey.

Position Overview:
As a Front Desk staff, you will be the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their experience with us. This role combines exceptional customer service with a passion for Pilates. You will be responsible for greeting clients, selling memberships, answering inquiries, and assisting with daily operations. You’ll need to be comfortable engaging with clients over the phone, helping them find the right membership, and ensuring that every client feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet clients with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
  • Membership Sales: Present and sell Pilates memberships to prospective clients, providing them with information about pricing, class packages, and benefits.
  • Phone & Email Communication: Answer calls and emails, addressing inquiries, assisting with class bookings, and following up on leads.
  • Class Scheduling: Assist clients in scheduling their classes, making sure they are aware of any special promotions or offerings.
  • Client Support: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with their experience and always have a positive interaction with the studio.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with front desk operations, including checking in clients, managing client information, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Studio Knowledge: Be familiar with the Pilates services and offerings to ensure clients get the best experience and guidance on their fitness journey.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside instructors and the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the studio.

Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for Pilates and fitness.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and friendly demeanor.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Comfortable with phone and email communication, including following up with leads and clients.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Confidence in presenting and selling memberships to clients.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
