Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
