Position Summary
This is a high-volume sales role designed for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and creating new opportunities through phone calls, virtual meetings, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Success in this role is driven by consistent prospecting activity, pipeline development, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for building your own portfolio of customers while expanding and strengthening the relationships you create. As your book of business grows, operational and account management resources will be added to support customer service and retention, allowing you to remain focused on growth and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, competitive, and energized by winning new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial customers
- Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Conduct customer meetings, virtual meetings, and presentations
- Develop proposals and close new business opportunities
- Grow relationships within existing accounts
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Maintain CRM activity and forecasting
- Spend the majority of time on prospecting, outbound calling, networking, referrals, and pipeline generation

Qualifications
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Facility services experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Valid driver license required
