SCS Tile is a leading supplier of countertops, flooring, cabinets, and hardscape materials serving Tucson and Phoenix. We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Showroom Sales Representative to join our Tucson team. This role focuses on delivering an excellent client experience, supporting project design and selection, and ensuring seamless coordination between the showroom and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and assisted
- Offer clients beverages and umbrellas when viewing outdoor materials
- Create client profiles in company software and collect accurate contact information
- Assist clients in selecting materials and generating designs for their projects
- Communicate timelines for product arrivals, promotions, and project estimates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to prepare and verify product pick-ups
- Answer incoming calls and provide information on product availability
- Assist with organizing and restocking product displays and samples
- Safely lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) as new products arrive or are discontinued
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computer systems to input client information
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Full-time, on-site position
