Responsibilities- Receive and respond to calls and emails from clients regarding pickup and delivery requests
- Dispatch delivery assignments to drivers efficiently and accurately
- Monitor and track the status of deliveries to ensure timely completion
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and drivers
- Utilize Microsoft Office software for scheduling and record-keeping
- Occasionally drive a company vehicle to complete deliveries as needed
- Adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a time-sensitive environment
- Polite and professional phone presence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under time constraints
- Comfortable driving in various weather conditions
- Eligible to drive a company vehicle
- Availability for night shifts and occasional driving assignments
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Night Dispatch Shift-1: Monday through Thursday, 10:00pm to 5:00am (28 hours/week). Additional driving hours may be available.
Night Dispatch Shift-2: Friday 10:00pm to 5:00am, Saturday and Sunday 9:00pm to 6:00am (25 hours/week). Additional driving hours may be available.
Salary : $19 - $22
