What you'll do
- Perform rapid triage and ongoing reassessment of ED patients
- Initiate emergency interventions and stabilize critical patients
- Partner with EMS, trauma, and physician teams on incoming traumas
- Document care accurately in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
- Support de-escalation and safety for behavioral health presentations
- Current Nebraska RN license or active compact state license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required within 90 days
- TNCC preferred; ED or critical care experience a plus
- Able to work overnight shifts including every 3rd weekend
